    Getting Started

    To begin your learning journey:
      1. Log in with your SPML credentials. First Login ID and Password shall be emailed. 
      2. Explore the available courses under your department or function or you shall be assigned courses by the administrators 
      3. Complete assigned modules and assessments
      4. Track your progress and share feedback

SAP Training for Projects 

MS Project training provides participants with the knowledge and skills to effectively plan, execute, monitor, and control projects using Microsoft Project software. Safety Traning 

POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) training is aimed at creating awareness and understanding of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013. The training educates employees about acceptable workplace behavior, rights and responsibilities, and the procedures for reporting and addressing complaints. It also guides Internal Committee (IC) members on handling cases sensitively and in compliance with the law. The goal is to foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive work environment for all employees.
